All Amkette products are covered under performance warranty. No questions asked - replacement is provided if during initial use product was found damaged or did not work as specified.
E-cartridges will be immediately replaced in case of :
- Manufacturing defect
- If cartridge does not print initially
- Ink in cartridge has dried
E-fills will be immediately replaced in case of :
- Any spillage or leakage of ink/cleaning solution
- Ink/cleaning solution is dried up from the bottles |
