My toner cartridge is not printing
Remove the cartridge. Check properly if all seals on the cartridge have been duly removed. Replace the cartridge in the printer and resume printing.
The toner cartridge is giving light prints
Take out the cartridge from the printer and shake it well for the toner to spread evenly. Sometimes during transit or storage, the toner might get deposited at one end of the cartridge. Shaking the cartridge, in most cases, resolves the problem. Re-install the cartridge and resume printing.
Toner (black powder) is leaking from my cartridge
This is a manufacturing defect, hence kindly get your cartridge replaced.
